The operation, aimed at implementing a new production process for fresh tripe through the purchase of machinery and equipment for the Production Site in Kąkolewo, is co-financed from European Union funds under the sub-measure “Support for investment in the processing, trading in or development of agricultural products”.

The operation will implement an innovative process for the production of fresh tripe at the Kąkolewo production site. There will be a change in the way fresh tripe is produced at the plant in terms of how it is weighed and how it is packaged and inspected. The purchase of new equipment characterised by greater efficiency and modern technical solutions will allow the production of products of the highest quality.
