Sliced beef tripe is a ready-to-serve product. It is prepared from carefully selected beef stomachs. It is carefully trimmed, cleaned and cut into perfect sizes. Then repeatedly cooked so that it does not lose its flavour and remains perfectly soft. It does not contain any additives or substances.
It is the base for preparing aromatic and filling soups in many ways – in broth, in tomato sauce, or served in a spicy way.
