The
process of introducing a new production process for fresh tripe,
implemented through the purchase of machinery and equipment for the
Kąkolewo Production Plant, is co-financed by the European Union
under the
“Support for agricultural product processing, trade and development investments”
sub-measure of the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020.
As part of the operation, an innovative fresh tripe production process will be implemented at the Kąkolewo production plant. The fresh tripe production method currently employed at the plant will change in terms of the weighing, packaging and inspection processes. Purchasing new devices of greater efficiency and utilising modern technical solutions will make it possible for SmakMAK to manufacture products of the highest quality possible.
